Browsing, accessing, or using the website and all subdomains and directories included under it, as well as the services or content that can be obtained through it, and all proprietary portals owned by Artisteril, grants the user the condition of a user, by which they accept, by browsing the Artisteril site, all the terms of use set forth here, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as the case may be.

Therefore, if the considerations detailed in this legal notice are not agreeable, we ask that you refrain from using the portal, as any use made of it or of the services and content it includes will imply the acceptance of the legal terms set out in this text.

LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the user and Artisteril will be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any disputes that may arise between the user and Artisteril will be subject to the courts or tribunals in Badalona, Barcelona.

COOKIE POLICY
Artisteril reserves the right to use cookies while the user navigates its websites to facilitate personalization and comfort. In line with the company’s data protection policy, Artisteril informs that the cookies are associated with the anonymous user and their computer and do not provide the user’s name or surname.

In this regard, in accordance with the judgment of the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union, on October 1, 2019, and the AEPD Guide of July 2020, our ‘cookie policy’ informs the user about the duration of cookies on their device and the possibility that third parties may have access to the information stored in them. This ruling amends Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58, changing it to Directive 2009/136.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the Protection of Personal Data, approved on April 27, 2016, the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Guarantee of Digital Rights, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Law 9/2014 on Telecommunications, Artisteril informs users of its websites that we are required to maintain professional confidentiality about personal data collected by the company through forms on its pages. Artisteril also informs you of the possibility to exercise the rights of access, which allows the web user to know which personal data the administrator holds and, if applicable, respond within 30 days, provided that the data is retained; rectification, which allows the correction of errors, modification of inaccurate or incomplete data, and ensures the accuracy of the information; opposition, to request that no data processing be carried out; erasure, to delete inappropriate or excessive data; limitation, which allows requesting the limitation of processing of personal data when the rectification right has been exercised; and portability, so that the user can obtain a copy of the personal data they have provided to the website to transfer it to other services. These rights can be exercised by any means that provides proof of sending and receiving to the email address: dpd@artisteril.com, providing a photocopy of the DNI or alternative documentation that proves your identity.

Unless we are notified otherwise, we will assume that your data has not been modified, that you commit to notifying us of any changes, and that we have your consent to use them in order to strengthen the relationship between the parties.
